Dr Madix is extremely knowledgeable about his work. He is very easy going which made me very comfortable and at ease. Since he also wears hearing aids he is not just trying to sell you a product but earnestly wants to help his patient’s hearing. He sure helped my hearing. His receptionist/office help, Brandy is also top notch, she was able to fix one of my older hearing aids. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE FOLKS! Brian Newcomer
Very friendly office! The receptionist is really nice and smiled when I came in. The doctor was incredibly fast (I probably only waited about 5min to be called back), listened well to my issues, explained everything he was about to test, and was thorough going over the results. And he was really nice, too. I love a friendly office, and this one definitely was. I felt heard and helped. Would highly recommend.
My Husband has been struggling with his hearing for several years . When we moved by our children he realized how much conversation he was missing. We looked on the web and picked Advanced Audiology. After making appointment and meeting Steve Madix Audiologist we sure are glad we ended up there. My Husband did hearing test and Steve explained everything . Had my hearing checked due to tinnitus which had gotten worse over a few years. I also was having difficulty sleeping. After my test it was suggested I get a sound box to help retrain my brain because of the tinnitus. The sound box was a great suggestion and I now sleep much better; every night is not perfect but I am getting more hours and much more rested.
Amazing care. Thorough, concerned, professional, and nice. Amazing staff.
