Very professional , enjoyed my visit !!
There good Doctors there. But if you transportation with People Health (Medicare)or Louisiana Health Connecticut (Medicaid) there make you late to appointment late sometime. If you late use one of transportation or other this place say you canceled appointment to many times there say that there can't see you no more. If late the doctor can't see there rescheduled your appointment. This at the West Monroe,Louisiana Office. That what front desk tell you.
First time visiting facility and I was satisfied knowing there was someone reliable and was patient with assisting my hearing needs. Recommend others with a hearing difficulty to visit or refer a friend. 🫶
