This branch at present doesn’t have a more constant personnel to meet the needs of their customers. Too little attention is given to this branch and personnel are being stretched between locations to keep this branch functioning. My hearing aids (for the 2nd time in less then three years) has been sent out for repairs. This appointment was a routine appointment to adjust my hearing aids if need be but this service could not be preformed due to lack of time because of back load of locating supplies that have not been inventor... read more
Kris was my ear tech. He is wonderfully professional by explaining what will happen during the test and that we will go over test results afterwards. Kris took his time during the test and with explanations afterwards of my hearing condition compared to the last test. He also allowed me to test a pair of hearing aids so I could hear for myself, even though I don't quite need aids yet, how much better my hearing could be, even when he spoke from another room. Kris did a thourough ear exam. Good news hearing aids not necessary right now. But should make another appointment to check ears in a year.
