Appointment was on time. Hearing test was very easy. Everyone was great.
Excellent experience.
I didn’t know quite what to expect. But from my first interaction at the front desk till the completion of the examination, all my questions were answered thoroughly and I never felt any frustration or confusion. Ron is very knowledgeable when it comes to how problems arise in our hearing and exactly what to do to correct them. I actually enjoyed the entire experience and have 100% confidence in Ron and in Beltone as a company.
