Ron was very friendly but I had come in with a $995 sale on a $1995 set of hearing aids. When he gave me the ‘options ‘ for hearing aids they did not include the $995 pair. I am very disappointed in companies that ‘bait and switch’ just to get people in to their business. The hearing aids I actually came in for were not brought up until I brought them up. And then they were talked down like they were not worth it and would not be a very good match for me.
I am so impressed with the Belltone office in North Myrtle Beach, SC.EXCELLENT IN EVERY WAY.
Have had my hearing aids for about 5 years. Took them in for cleaning and when I got them back the right aid developed extreme static and noise. I took them back but was told they were old but I could get them repaired for about $1000. Well they were working when I brought them in. I think they need to do better than that like free replacements or at the very least, a deeply discounted new pair. Nothing offered. Plus they said several programs weren’t amplifying but they were, just noisy. Can’t use them any more. So much for... read more
Excellent service.. professional and knowledgeable staff
I had an hearing aid that needed some work. It was still under warranty, so it was sent back to the manufacturer. Within a few days it was returned and working great again. The staff at Beltone (NMB Office) was very professional, caring and a pleasure to work with.
