I would like to say everyone was very nice but Grace my nurse who took care of me once I got out of surgery was extremely professional but also extraordinary kind and I have had many surgeries and by far Grace deserves 10 stars can't say enough of how amazing she was and didn't make me feel like i was just a number she took care of me and made me feel so safe and taken care of. I wish everyone who was in the medical field was like her. She definitely is a caring person who does her job well!!
Dr Fan was very attentive and tried hard to address my concerns. He patiently adjusted the tuning based on my feedback and has made this pair the best of the three pairs that I have had so far. (I got my previous two pairs from elsewhere). Highly recommended!
