Karen is very good at her job and she relates exceptionally well with the clientele. Erica is friendly and efficient. Nice work
The two employees at the front desk were courteous and efficient. There was very little wait time to see the audiologist, and that appointment went efficiently as well. My audiologist had a pleasant demeanor and was able to clearly convey the results of my hearing test. He answered every question to my satisfaction.
