The staff at this facility are top shelf! Very professional, very friendly, very knowledgeable. Highly recommended! My tests were administered by Karen. She expertly explained everything about the procedure and went over the results with me when completed. If you have any inkling of a hearing problem or think you may need a hearing aid, this is the place to go.
