Went in as a walk-in to just have some wax removed from my ear. The Dr. Was able to see me right away as I arrived right when they opened. Got the issue solved quickly and efficiently, no complaints.
Had my first appointment with Dr Cox. My PCP told me I had extra wax in my ears, Dr Cox checked and said they where normal so no cleaning. Then he did a free hearing test, my ears are very good for someone of my age. Dr Cox and his staff are very pleasant so the experience was great. I would highly recommend them for your hearing and hearing aid needs.
Dr. Cox is amazing. He was so patient and generous with my elderly aunt with dementia. I cannot recommend him and his office any higher.
Dr. Cox and his office staff were very professional and helpful with my mom who is in her late 80’s. We stop by their office every winter when we visit Yuma. They have always been kind and helpful when dealing with any issues with her hearing aids. We sure appreciate them.
