Update: I decided to look for a replacement set. I found one on LetGo app in Baton Rouge and bought that one. As I was going through stuff, I found the 6 month used system that went with my husbands old 710XL Sata drive system. The first was a lemon, Gateway reworked it and shipped back while we were evacuated for hurricane Rita. Gateway sent a new system to replace the missing.
