I had such traumatic experiences here that I haven't been able to go to a chiropractor in years, and may never again. Dr. Cook's bedside manner is atrocious and frankly abusive. I went to him a few times for help with my scoliosis after a car accident. I had been a patient here since early 2024- I won’t be coming here again. As a queer person, hearing the election results being celebrated (by Dr. Cook’s wife and other patients) while I’m getting medical care is a no go for me. I’ve also always masked, and been confronted randomly by Dr. Cook as to “why are you wearing a mask” on and off- we are still in a pandemic and chronically ill people exist who don’t want to get sick- I expect better from healthcare providers. I've been a patient of Dr. Cooks for over 2 years, mainly for migraines. I recently injured my back and was in the worst pain of my life. Child birth was a breeze compared to the pain I felt after my silly back injury. I threw out my back putting up Christmas decorations on a Saturday. Didn't do anything too significant to cause such pain. By Monday I was barely able to walk so I called and they were able to get me in ASAP. After two treatments, I feel so much better.
