I have lived in the community that this association has managed for a little over a year. My first interaction with the management was when I reported my neighbor multiple infractions due to their hoarding inside and outside the home, the response I got was, " Please keep us apprised of the situation." I was told they received my complaint and documentation. There was no follow up or reprimand for the homeowner. The more recent interactions with this company were with the new managers.
