Bernard was very professional and friendly during my ADHD assessment. He spent the time I required to answer all questions and was very down-to-earth and understanding of my symptoms. He gave me a strategy for moving forward, and I'll also have a much more in-depth one in a month on paper (apparently around 30 pages long). There were loads of reminders before the assessment to help me to keep the date in my mind and I was able to get help over the phone when I wasn't sure on what to do with the reports before my assessment.
Dr Horsford was great with our 9 yo son. Leading up to the assessment we had 24 hours to submit all necessary information and paperwork. The admin team were great responding to all my enquiries in a timely manner.
I had an ADHD assessment here, and I found the team to be very clear and easy to understand. They explained everything in an informative and straightforward way, making the process smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a thorough and professional assessment.
