Horrible crazy lady screaming at customers. Very unprofessional, slow, and condescending attitude towards patients. I saw the manager yell at people just for asking for help and the attitude was beyond reasonable. When I provided them with my information I sat down to wait but it never came out. I looked for the pharmacist and they were busy playing games and listening to tiktok/douyin. I saw the assistant remind the boss but the boss shrugged them off and also got mad at them. Garbage pharmacy!! Utterly rude staff. Dont even bother listening and just yell and scream on the phone. Went to other pharmacy and I didnt even have to pay for the medicine that they claim is not covered. Pharmacist just kept screaming for no reason
I am utterly disappointed with the service and product quality provided by this pharmacy. If I could give zero stars, I would. I was compelled to obtain my blood sugar machine from this pharmacy due to time constraints, but the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Firstly, upon returning to the clinic for demonstration, it was evident that the product was subpar. The machine had a low battery, and was incredibly difficult to operate.
