My experience with this office is primarily negative. I have been waiting for a telehealth appt for over and hour now with still no contact. They do not respect your time, as evidenced by making an appt and not keeping it. I had to call in myself on the first telemed appt ( which was not accurately scheduled to begin with) and also the provider was late on my initial appt and it was a visiting doctor. I still have no definitive results after months in trying to deal with this office.

Had an over the phone appointment. Doctor was late 5 minutes to the call. She told me to get bloodwork done a week before the next appointment, which is exactly what I did. Called to move the second appointment to a later date and also to confirm if bloodwork came through and the front office told me it did. By the time the second appointment came by, doctor tells me there is nothing visible for her to discuss. This clinic has very knowledgeable doctors, flexible hours that include Saturdays, very caring and patient when they treat their patients. I highly recommend this clinic.
