It was supposed to be a simple trimming. I was very clear about just wanting the brown, dry, dead fronds removed from the base of the canopy. I even explained it to the ground crew before they started. Everybody seemed to understand, but unfortunately, this still happened. An absolute pleasure to do business with! We don’t get to say this often enough. They showed up, did what they said they were going to so, on time and on budget. Just an absolute pleasure and total professionals. From the office to the “heavy lifters”! We would use and recommend them over and over again.
I was so satisfied with my service from start to finish. The ladies in the office were attentive & available for my questions & concerns. The arborist was honest & knowledgeable about my tree type and its needs. Their pricing is more than fair for the work they did which included clean up. I couldn’t be happier! And…turns out that we share some Philly roots (no pun intended)
Wow we just had a huge tree trimmed up before the hurricane season gets going. They showed up on time and were super friendly! The men did an amazing job and really knew what they were doing. The tree lined on 2 neighbor's fences and their accuracy on getting those limbs away from the fences was incredible to watch. I highly recommend this company !!!
