I had a great experience with Advanced Arborist LLC. The price was definitely competitive. Communication was excellent. Nick and his team were on time, did a great job, and cleaned up everything. One of the arborists even came out for a second consultation before I signed the contract. I like the fact that it’s a family-owned business, and I would highly recommend them.
This company does a great job. We used them for trimming some very tall palms. The job was done when they said it would be and all trimmings were cleaned away leaving the yard spotless.
Timely, professional, personable and very experienced. Very satisfied with the palm trimming, removal of palm tree and all the clean up afterwards. You could not tell they had been there. Very impressed with how the palms looked and how safety conscious they all were.
Every person on this large crew had a GREAT ATTITUDE! It started with Ashley who coordinated the time/day for the two very large trees to be removed. Many companies do not understand that the “front line” coordinator’s attitude is CRITICAL to how a job starts days later. Luís was a Great TEAM CAPTAIN and incredible to watch for many hours! Joe and his team are excellent! We had a massive oak tree in poor health that we needed to remove before starting our pool build. Joe was super friendly and informative the whole way through, and his crew did a great job with cutting down the tree and grinding the stump. When the pool crew showed up a couple months later and said the stump needed grinding further, the crew from Advanced Arborist showed up the next day to get it taken care of at no additional cost.
