Unprofessional and lacking in communication. Set an appointment, ensured they had my contact info and proper directions to the property. After a no call, no show from Michael I ended up calling them and I was informed that he “got lost” and could come back out after another appointment. We don’t own the home yet and had to arrange to meet them at that time so, no, we can’t just do whatever they want on an imaginary timeline based on zero communication. Made an appointment with Michael, confirmed and set the date. Then received an email that he supposedly sent a text that I never received that he wasn't going to do the job. Then his office manager had the nerve to tell me that he wouldn't call me back and explain his actions. Very unprofessional very unhappy.
