Came out to work on a service call on a Frigidaire refrigerator. Technician called his boss and overheard boss tell him to make they would make sure the service order would be rejected by Frigidaire. They call back the next day and said Frigidaire rejected the service. Called Frigidaire and they actually approved it and let them know. This company not reputable. They are liars and cheats. Beware. Find literally anyone else!

They are horribly unorganized. Every day I call and ask for an update on when they will be ordering my part and every day it’s a lame answer and no callback. To date I have called them 3 times and each time i was to receive a callback and not once have they contacted some. Horrible service and I’m not actually very confident in their knowledge. I will give 2 stars because they let their appointment time, sort of.

We had Harold come out and fix our dish washing machine and he was wonderful. I also learned some new things about washing machines and their care.I highly recommend Advanced Appliance.
