Our dishwasher was leaving particles on our glasses. They charged me \$250 and ordered an \$18 filter. That did not fix our problem. They came out to "clean the filter again"....not the problem. So they checked around and found I could try running my dishwasher for awhile, shop vac out the water, clean the filter and repeat. Wait, didnt I pay them to fix it? Needless to say, my dishwasher is still broken, and Im out the \$250. Im ordering a new one. No thank you Advance Appliance. Im calling Home Appliance on Main Street nex... read more

This company refuses to cooperate with child support. For three years they have not withheld Jeffs child support & he owes his child \$20,000 in child support. They claim Jeff is a subcontractor & therefore not an employee. Check with your attorney Ohio laws have changed & he is considered an employee! This is an awful company, with VERY DISHONEST people that own it & work there... I wouldnt recommend spending your money here.

I have a rather spectacular, yet ancient, dishwasher, the kind you pass from one generation to the next. For real! Its a Kitchen Aid + Hobart. Anyway, I only trust Advanced Appliance to bring out the right parts to keep this baby running. Theyve always been very pleasant and courteous and affordable. Highly recommended for you and your appliance friends.

My husband and I recently dropped off our vacuum to be repaired under warranty here. Our vacuum wasnt turning on and we suspected an electrical problem. We received a phone call from the owner/manager of the place saying that our vacuum was unable to be fixed, so Bissell sent a new vacuum and we had to come pick it up. Upon arrival, he had already taken it out of the box, and put it together - I expected it in the box. I asked where my other vacuum was and he informed me that Bissell told him to trash it.
