We were very pleased with the service we received from your company. We had several repairmen look at our problem before yours. We were very pleased with Steve the technician who came to fix our problem. It was a complex repair and he diligently worked until it was completed. He was professional and friendly in his manner. We give him a five star rating as we now have a refrigerator that does not chirp!

My Samsung refrigerator/freezer needed the ice maker to be repaired due to not making ice. Douglas was our service technician and he was very thorough and explanatory with his service. My refrigerator is only 4 years old and I have had 3 replacements on the ice maker. Apparently my ice maker was missing an insulation part and Douglas was able to figure it out. I am grateful for his service.

After 6 times trying to repair a new Whirlpool dryer we tried to get Advanced Appliance to call the manufacturer to help us get it replaced under warranty but instead they just wanted to keep coming out. They lied and told Whirlpool we just didn’t like it and wanted a new one. DUH, that’s right!
