They are the very customer unfriendly. My refrigerator repair person did not even leave me a receipt of parts and costs. He told me it would be fixed within 24-48 hours. It is now 2 weeks later a $100 deposit cashed and no repairs! If you call, u can only leave a message with a person who will ask you for your life history! Ridiculous! They are the only LG certified people and this is what we have to deal with!
I accidentally tripped the latch on the door of my Bosch dishwasher, preventing the dishwasher from engaging. I asked the ADVANCED repairman if could reset the latch, but he insisted that the door lock/switch was broken. The new lock had to be ordered at a cost of $125 for the part, plus $100 for labor. He returned a week later to install the new lock. After fumbling with removal of the 'broken' lock and stripping a few screws in the process, he finally managed to get the dishwasher operating again.
