Worst service ever. My dryer went out Monday so I called Nicor home services to set up repair time since I have have a guarantee with them. I called early to get a same day repair since my wife and I run a daycare and can't be without service. They couldn't accommodate me on either of my days off. They apologized profusely and said they would find a way to have this appliance company meet me on Thursday. The person who called was so rude I was trembling afterwards. Took delivery of a new side-by-side last week. The guys who delivered it refused to take away the packaging, leaving it all on our front lawn. We now have three full containers of cardboard, styrofoam and plastic to dispose of. When my husband asked them to take it, they told him it was his problem now. As he started gathering it, one of the guys did help him put some of it in our large construction bags, but the other guy was useless.
