I have had Chris and his team out twice to repair the heating element on my dryer and on both occasions the replaced part failed within a week of replacement. When asked about a guarantee on their work and why this kept happening, Chris blamed the manufacturer and insisted that he couldnt send anyone out to fix the issue for the third time. They do not source their parts from a reliable vendor. They are also notorious for showing up unannounced at your home if you do not answer their calls. Excellent service from beginning to end!! Chris answered all my questions. Showed up on time to fix my refrigerator and did a great job on the repair!
