I called Shawn and left a message after reading many raving reviews about him and his company. He texted back not long after to say that he could be here the next morning. Not only was he early the next morning which I have never experienced with any repair person or company but he was polite and had the part I needed ready to go. He was done in about fifteen minutes which gave me more time for other things in my day. Shawn was very professional and I will be recommending him from here on out.

Highly recommend Advanced Appliance Repair. Texted before he came to allow me to minimize missing work, Arrived when he said he would be here, friendly, clearly explained possible problems prior to starting work, had all of the parts on his truck so I didn’t have to be out of service any longer, worked efficiently, cleaned up the mess as he worked, reviewed the bill prior to accepting payment, offered multiple payment options.
