He also told me how to avoid future problems even though its not in their best interest to do so. I will certainly use them for any future repairs I need and have already recommended them to friends.

Excellent Service! Fixed our washing machine. Quick response time, reasonable rates, friendly and courteous. The technician was very honest. He tightened the motor and belt which fixed the problem when he could have said it was something more costly. Would definitely recommend their services and wouldnt hesitate to call them again for another problem.
