Dr. Schoppe and his entire staff are incredibly. After a life altering experience I called his office and was able to see him immediately. Dr. Schoppe was able to ease my fears of what I was up against by being honest and up front with his experiences. I left his office feeling good with what I had to do. The customer service I received from Advanced Ankle & Foot was Amazing. Dr Schoppe took the time to examine me before providing me options. He was very detailed in explaining the process. India was a joy to talk to upon setting up my 1st appointment. Danielle was very polite when I called to follow up on a missed call from the office. I look forward to setting up my Medi Pedi soon. I had a great experience. They provided fast, friendly and comprehensive service. The facility was extremely pleasant (they also had a great variety of coffee and snacks in the waiting room). The staff was very knowledgeable and provided me with a good way forward for my treatment.
Dr. Schoppe X2 - was amazing and so patient with my daughter. He was very thorough and explained everything in great detail. I came back on Wednesday to see Danielle and she was MARVELOUS!!!! Took care of me and made me feel super comfortable!! The hospitality of the staff was outstanding—from the first phone call to schedule the appointment to walking out the door, everything was seamless. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. I honestly cannot say enough good things about our experience!
The staff was so nice and professional during my visit. Dr. Schoppe and his assistant were both very helpful and informative about my concerns. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone in need of the services they provide. One of the most important parts of working in healthcare to me is actually loving what you do and showing that through the care you provide. I can really tell that they love what they do and I trust the care that they provide because of that!
