Went with my mother to her appointment because she is hard of hearing. The staff was so friendly and hard working. The environment was warm and inviting. The doctor seemed to be very knowledgeable and listened to my mother. None of her doctors before were like this and Dr. John Schoppe is doctor #3. I’m very hopeful that he can help her! They even took the time to explain her insurance to her. The staff took time to have conversations with us and were very kind. Happy to book another appointment.
I recommend Advanced Foot and Ankle to anyone who is in need of help. My very first visit was incredible. From the time I walked in until the time I left, the experience was AWESOME!!. The office staff was great and they were friendly and had great attitudes. Dr. Schoppe was very caring and concerned about my foot pain and conditions. He made sure to reassure that he would get me back on the right track to recovery. I love EVERYTHING about this office and staff. Everyone is very kind and caring.
I took my mother here today to get evaluated and to get a medical diabetic pedicure. Best decision I ever made. She came I with foot pain and frankin-feet and left with no pain and feet ready for a glass slipper. She went from nightmare feet to let's walk the streets of gold barefooted. My experience from the time I entered the office Was exceptional ! The receptionist was so friendly and helpful. She was amazing and a definite asset to the practice. The Nurse and Doctor were also just as amazing. Doctor Schoppe answered all my questions and spent a good amount of time explaining my diagnosis. The medication he recommended is working. I felt like royalty at his practice. I highly recommend Advanced Foot and Ankle.
Today was my first time being a patient at the Advanced Ankle&Foot Center; Dr.Schioppe and his staff were so professional and have great interpersonal skills. They were so polite and yet professional , they made sure I was very informed abt my health, while treating me like family. What an awesome professional team!
