We sadly lost our Husky Wyatt on the 4th of July. The entire staff at Advanced Animal Emergency was amazing. Dr. Pollack helped us through an impossible situation! The facilities were very nice and clean and the room to say good-bye to our fur baby was so helpful.
Eight years after our first visit here, we returned with our 16 year old dog who has an anal gland abscess. Our vet couldn’t get her in for 2 weeks so they recommended an ER visit. We were once again completely satisfied with the care provided. Kind staff and doc, all attentive to the well-being of our little old lady. We are grateful that, when needed, we have such an amazing place to take our furry family members for care. 💙
This is an incredible vet. They truly and deeply care for your animals, they were so attentive with my cat willy, constantly kept us updated despite how busy and hectic it was, and kept him so comfortable the entire time. They even cleaned him up after he soiled himself. They were extremely detailed about diagnosis, treatment plans, how to administer his medication, and transparent about pricing throughout the whole process.
