2 stars for the company’s horrible policy. First time surrendering a cat, instinctively going here in an attempt to save her life. Employees watching how distraught I was, and they could never reiterate to us that we couldn’t get her back? Although I did not fill out the form, that does not take away from the fact of their POOR policy. Do better.

I brought my cat to here as referred by my vet via message. No one told me that it is like $450.00 to walk in the door which is completely ridiculous. This is robbery!!!!! I know my animal is very important to me but this is criminal if you ask me!!!!! I have been to emergency places before on the weekends after hours and never ever have I paid that much to walk in the door. I wish someone would have told me. I was there for 5-6 hours and never once saw my pet. Only to be told I was going to owe around $700.00. I paid over $... read more

it cost me over $2000 for a 12 hour visit with euthanasia for my Chihuahua. The care was good and compassionate but the price is a joke. They have you over a barrel because they are one of the only emergency vets around a 100 mile radius!!! The owner should be ashamed of themselves!!

Dr. Maddy Lutz was the most rude and condescending vet I’ve ever dealt with. No bedside manner whatsoever. Receptionist was great and after my complaints of how we were treated it was confirmed that we were not the first to be treated this way by her. She referred to her as “abrasive”. I would call her something else. If you plan to bring your pet here I would ask who your pet will be seeing and if it’s her I would advise against it. Keep in mind it’s $175.00 just to walk in the door and at that price you shouldn’t be treate... read more

PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING HERE!!! I talk to my dog’s ashes in an urn on the counter because of Advanced animal emergency all they care about is money they charged $10,000 for a surgery they knew would kill my dog. Two days after my dog was released, she started having seizures back to back would not eat and it got progressively worse. My dog was suffering immensely and they still released her after her re-check appointment. My dog was only 3 years old. Because of this place my dog is DEAD. Please listen, do not take your belo... read more
