Do not bring your fur family here. These “veterinarians” see desperate families willing to do anything to save their pets and use it to their own advantage in order to make a quick buck. My close friend brought her dog here expecting solutions and at the very least compassion. Her and her poor dog received NEITHER. Her best friend died due to their malpractice. DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My best friend brought her dog in a few times due to his declining health and a bad cough and wheezing. They told her he was fine and just needed some meds and that his heart looked fine. Turns out he had heart failure and passed away. Their oxygen equipment also DOES NOT WORK and the employees there are all negligent. I can't wrap my head around how a PET HOSPITAL can be so dismissive and negligent to pets in need of quality care. Trust these other reviews. They act all nice to your face, but give you half ass answers. They don’t follow proper protocol and do what’s best for the animal only what’s best for their pockets. They’re just trying to grab money out of you in a time where you may be most vulnerable because your pet is ill. we took our dog here because it is unfortunately the closest 24 hour emergency vet. I have to agree with a few of the posts. DO NOT TAKE YOUR FUR BABY HERE. PLEASE TAKE THEM ANY WHERE ELSE: WILSONS, BLUE PERL, ANY WHERE BUT HERE . ANY WHERE ELSE IS BETTER THAN HERE. YOU RISK LOOSING YOUR PET
