I called ahead and given the okay to bring in my cat for care. The doctor and team were phenomenal. They were kind, respectful and knowledgeable. The doctor found things wrong that I was not expecting and was able to assist my cat to get her on the mend. I am extremely grateful for their knowledge and care. My cat was suffering and they truly cared and helped.

The staff was friendly but I am 100% convinced their lack of knowledge killed my dog. I took him in on a Friday night and he had internal bleeding from his spleen. They removed his spleen and said he was doing great the next morning and could possibly go home that day. I called in the evening and they said that his “blood numbers” went down, but that they did an ultrasound and it was negative for any internal bleeding. Every one here is kind beyond belief. I had to have our 16 year old dog put down. It was done in a homey room with dim lights and he was wrapped in a soft blanket. They even had a hat of Hershey kisses with a suggestion that you share one for each person who loved him. The sign said no one should leave without tasting chocolate. He passed with a chocolate kiss in his mouth. Very reasonably price with short notice and again the kindness!
