Horrible service, enormous charges. I made an appointment for 3:00 pm with Dr. Birkner for my dog, suffering a severe foot injury. The dog got totally exhausted, not being able to use his injured foot waiting for the doctor, which did not show up. After 45 minutes of waiting, we left. Do not use this place if you love your animal.
Wonderful staff, professional, and thoughtful, starting with dr Loughin, and each surgeon, emergency vet, technician, front desk member who are doing everything to help my little loved one stabilize from a very difficult surgery. I am so grateful. ❤️🙏🏼
