I don't want to sound repetitive, but I must give credit to those who deserve credit. I returned to AASC on Saturday, October 19, this time to have a very delicate cervical surgery performed. I was fortunate and felt very relieved and confident to be received again by NP Tyleen, her professionalism, her dedication and her charisma made me go back into the operating room with a lot of peace and tranquility. Three hours or more every time we come here for my husband’s procedures. It doesn’t matter how early we get there. Got here 45 minutes early this time, nearly two hours just to get him back to the procedure. Time and consideration is not something valued by this office.
I had cervical surgery on June 7th. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by a very polite gentleman(forgot his name) paperwork was easy to complete. I was taken to the back to get me ready for my procedure. I was very fortunate to have such a sweet, kind, patient nurse Tylene. No longer considering the AASC for my procedure. Norma's unprofessionalism and attitude tells me everything I need to know about this facility.
I went for spinal surgery at AASC on 12/042023. I have lots of excellent things to say about this facility. The receptionist was alright but the best heartwarming people were the Prep Nurses; Janice and Angela who were quite knowledgeable, respectful and gentle.
