The team at Advanced Allergy, Immunology and Asthma have done so much help our family. The staff has always been available to us to answer our questions, and get our appointments scheduled as soon as possible. Tara cares so much and has gone above and beyond to support my children and I. She responds very quickly and gets back to us immediately with answers to our questions. I am VERY pleased with Dr B and his staff. If they are busy, that’s a GOOD thing!! They are HELPING people! Dr B is SO PATIENT AND SO KIND. I loved how he took the time to answer my questions with grace and patience. My son was A LOT that day. He tries absolutely everything before IVIG. So saying he goes straight to IVIG is absolutely false. I’ve seen SO MANY parents in my PANS/PANDAS groups on FB say nothing but positive things about his practice. Dr. B is very knowledgeable and the office staff is terrific. They took my kid from completely non-functional for years to thriving at an out of state college.
To Dr b or whoever is late to all my scheduled appointments. I had an appointment for 320pm today 10/16/25. No one reached out and told me they were running late. I just ended the virtual call. Was waiting for 20 minutes. I have been going for 9+ months and they have always been late. I would of been waiting there till 4pm. Yes the Dr's are good but they need to be on time, very unprofessional. People have jobs to go to. Doesn't matter if its in person or virtual they are late.
