I am VERY pleased with Dr B and his staff. If they are busy, that’s a GOOD thing!! They are HELPING people! Dr B is SO PATIENT AND SO KIND. I loved how he took the time to answer my questions with grace and patience. My son was A LOT that day. He tries absolutely everything before IVIG. So saying he goes straight to IVIG is absolutely false. I’ve seen SO MANY parents in my PANS/PANDAS groups on FB say nothing but positive things about his practice. Dr. B is very knowledgeable and the office staff is terrific. They took my kid from completely non-functional for years to thriving at an out of state college.
To Dr b or whoever is late to all my scheduled appointments. I had an appointment for 320pm today 10/16/25. No one reached out and told me they were running late. I just ended the virtual call. Was waiting for 20 minutes. I have been going for 9+ months and they have always been late. I would of been waiting there till 4pm. Yes the Dr's are good but they need to be on time, very unprofessional. People have jobs to go to. Doesn't matter if its in person or virtual they are late. I am begging you not to involve yourself with this scam. Doctor Bouboulis wants you sicker to take more money from you. If IVIG worsens symptoms he does not care. If you have questions about your worsening symptoms you cannot reach him. And if he's ever told you vaccines are not recommended for people with PANS/PANDAS know that this is not backed up by evidence and things like the flu shot are not contraindicated for PANDAS.
