Update: Waited 1 hour to pickup vials today…didn’t even need shots. I’m either a marked man or the fix I mentioned below was short lived. I’ll assume the later as several people got in and walked away without shots as they ran out of time waiting. Update: they’ve added staff, namely a PA and seems to have resolved this issue. Updated to 4 stars. Office is good. People are nice and seem competent. Proximity is the main reason for continuing to go there. Update: they’ve added staff, namely a PA and seems to have resolved this issue. Updated to 4 stars. Office is good. People are nice and seem competent. Proximity is the main reason for continuing to go there. I had an appointment today for 7:15, which was the first appointment of the day. I wasn’t seen by the doc until 8:15. This is pretty standard anytime I have an appointment with the doc or PA. I’m actually writing this review sitting in the room waiting. This is a red flag for me as it seems to be somewhat poorly run on ... read more
Staff is very friendly, walk-in allergy shot days are convenient, but appointments are always late. All of our appointments we either sit in the waiting room getting called back and hour or more after our scheduled appointment time, or we get called back and sit in the patient room for 1-3 hours. Yes, there was one appointment where we waited to be seen for nearly 3 hours.
