Was concerned about my procedure. My experience at oak Hill hospitals practicing was above and beyond my expectation. Felt special and I had a great experience, thanks you all at Oak Hill hospital
ALL of the staff and nurses were exceptional. They were attentive and professional. Management could be better. The cardiologist called for an echo cardiogram and there was only one person/team that did these for the hospital. They had over 30 scheduled for the day. Also, it seemed the communication between doctors and management was hit or miss - mostly miss. Overall, it is a good facility with exceptionally good staff but management has some work to do.
