Been going to this place since 2018 and these past 7 years have been a waste of time. I do not blame the staff, but Dr. Patel himself. He is difficult to work with, not personable, and does simply does not care about the fact that you have a busy life and cannot accommodate it. I myself, along with many others I’m sure, have a tight schedule and barely have time to make it to allergy shots in office, especially when you work M-F full time. One star rating only because zero isn't an option. After years of my daughter being seen at this practice for allergy shots and dealing with the inflexibility of hours, inconsistent treatment, rudeness of Dr Patel and poor communication from his office, I am pleased to say that she will now be seen by another practice. I wish we had found the new provider sooner. I've never experienced the level of frustration with any practice that I had with this one. Save yourself some trouble, there are much better options out there.
Waited an hour today for an allergy shot. The staff took five people in front of me and a lady that was before me. I'm contacting the office to inform them I will not be paying for my shot. Ever since they moved into their new location, it's been nothing but issues.
If you’re looking for an allergy doctor, I would highly recommend staying away from this one. $$$ is the bottom line. My experience was pure garbage.
