If I could put zero I would. My arms swelled up after my 4th round of shots. I called the emergency number and left a voice mail. About an hour later got a call back from the doctor on call. He was on the phone with me while he was driving which is so terrible. He said double up on benadryl and ibuprofen. K fine I did but he didn't care to hear how bad my arms actually were. Next morning it was so much worse the swelling went into my elbow and caused severe wrist pain. Called the emergency number again to explain the progres... read more

They had me come back so I could finish my allergy testing for nothing other than to collect more money. It is clear that they do not care, Dr Patel came in for 1 minute. Then they said I am allergic to almost everything. Gave me two codes and said see if your insurance will cover the shots to build up your immune system to these things you are allergic to. I have never in my life been ask to call my insurance company! Don’t they do this?? Then I have consulted another doctor that said I have a different type of inflammation... read more
I usually dread going to the doctors because most places don’t seem to truly listen and they rush you to quickly get to the next patient so I put off making an appt for a year. I finally got to the point that my symptoms were disrupting my life and I made an appt here.. I am so glad that I did! Every person that I interacted with actually listened to my problems and treated me so kindly.
