Unprofessional, unorganized and by far the worst experience with this place!
Terribly disappointed with this office as of late. Last week I asked for a script to be refilled and was told by the "tech" it would be handled. It was not. This week I unfortunately again saw the same incompetent tech and again requested the refill. A week of mucus and sinus issues later trying to be understanding that things happen. I even offered to leave her the box and script number. I was assured she would do it promptly. Guess what? She called in a refill on the wrong script.
