Great experience and would use again for other projects. Clean and considerate. Showed me videos on what the vents looked like and what needed to be done.
Very disappointed in the service, especially for the price paid… the tech was desperate to get done and get out. He missed vacuuming debris from all the floor vents, had to show him. Missed a filter change and when called, argued that I didn’t have one, had to prove it to him to come back and fix… left trash right by the units. Never received the disinfection service that I was promised… would not hire again…
