They did a good job, but expensive.
Original installation was fine. After a few days, a problem developed, a service call put the unit into "normal" operation. After a two month wait, the parts arrived and the new unit is fully operational. The staff and technicians were professional, courteous, and helpful. Only four stars for the waiting on parts. Edit Jan. 2025 Technician arrived for scheduled maintenance and the job was done in a friendly, professional and courteous manner.
