Reggie, who came to give me an estimate was excellent and provided me with good options and seemed very knowledgeable and honest.
Great service. We needed a unit looked at because it wasn't running and they fit us in the next day. Really appreciate them doing that and diagnosing our issue. Reasonable prices.
Reasonable visit/inspection charge of $80 and responsive, but a little too opportunistic with their fee for the job quoted. Very upfront and professional with estimate, but wanted $600 for a 15 minute job requiring a $30 part (AC capacitor replacement). I offered to pay parts plus visit fee plus one hour labor, but they declined. Even after I declined service, they remained professional, though, and still provided me with photos of the label on the part needing replacement.
