Our AC broke on an extremely hot day so we put in a request through AHS and were assigned Advance Air Services. We called to tell them how urgent the issue was, and they adjusted their schedule to prioritize our appointment. Eric was there on time, very knowledgeable, and fixed the issue immediately.

Eric was punctual, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly identified the problem with my AC, answered all my questions and thoroughly explained what he was fixing. I appreciated that he went as far as to check the pressure of the refrigerant before leaving just to make sure it is where it needs to be. I will definitely utilize them in the future and recommend them to friends and family. Great experience all around and work was done quickly.

Eric, was Great. I submitted a service request to American Home Shield on Sunday. They called back Monday morning and fit me in Tuesday before noon. He was professional and diagnosed the problem quickly. First he tried to fix the sensor, and when that did not work he found the part from a local distributor and returned an hour later to fix the problem. Very knowledgeable. Also had a very good experience with Advanced Air Services when i used them 8 years ago!

I had no heat. Advanced Air Services fixed the problem on the same day I called. them!

Eric was able to fit us in within a few days of calling. American Home Shield had sent us 2 other companies but the wait times were much, much longer and business farther away. He showed up within the time window he stated, diagnosed the issue with our AC/Fan and had it fixed quickly. A great experience.
