I had no heat. Advanced Air Services fixed the problem on the same day I called. them!
Eric was able to fit us in within a few days of calling. American Home Shield had sent us 2 other companies but the wait times were much, much longer and business farther away. He showed up within the time window he stated, diagnosed the issue with our AC/Fan and had it fixed quickly. A great experience.
Eric was very responsive from the moment I called him. He diagnosed the problem quickly, and give me a time that he would come back to fix. The price was very fair and the work was solid.
My furnace wasn't working properly and it was a Sunday morning. I called Eric and he was there within an hour. He was able to get it going but it needed 2 new parts which he installed the following day. I would highly recommend him.
Everything about them is professional, prompt and they are also very nice to deal with. Compared to the nightmare HVAC companies American Home Shield has sent to our house previously, Advanced wase a pleasure to do business with.
