Hans is the best. He took my call about A system he put in a house I purchased and even took the time to work through issues I was having on a weekend evening. Then called me back just as a follow through. Superb!

Very unhappy with with lack of information and service. Just built new home and installed a Geothermal system which is a greater cost upfront. Was never walked thru system, no info left about system. I was never asked about options on thermostats, they just installed a basic one. I have a split zone system and again not a word about system. At least they left a manual on the HVAC unit but think it was an mistake. Had a leak that took three times to fix.
