Too expensive and didn't know how to fix the issue. Ended up telling us there was a leak somewhere and quoted waaaay too much for that and then sent another quote which was waaaaay too expensive too to fix it. Got it fixed for less than half the price they quoted
I have had the pleasure of working with this company and am pleased to recommend them for any thing you need in Air-conditioning or if you need a job.
Just had the guys at Advanced Air finish up a commercial job for us, which involved removing the old unit with a crane, installing a new unit and completing extra ducting work that we needed. From start to finish they were a breeze to deal with, everything happened when it was supposed to happen, and all of the staff we dealt with were really helpful and had 100% nothing is a problem attitude.
At first calling Advanced Air Conditioning , the information and knowledge, that Danielle, advised in unit size was , "second to none".. absolutely brilliant Then along came Ryan and Mitch the Installation guys of my new ducted 25kw system, extremely smart, educated, customer savvy, and left my house cleaner than how it all started, true professional tradesmen Sam the electrician was also fantastic, with a positive attitude and great personable approach 👍 👏 I would highly recommend Advanced Air conditioning to anyone looki... read more
Sam provided quotes as stated, followed up when I didn’t regarding the appointment for the installation of a STAD Valve and made the experience very seamless for me, thank you. The other Sam arrived 30 min early was gracious and professional keeping me informed of all the steps he was taking with the installation of the STAD Valve. I felt very comfortable with him being in my home too which is very important to me. I would highly recommend this organisation
