We gave the team a real puzzle: ducting for a house with raked ceilings. Danielle pulled together everything they needed from us and Clinton came in with the know how and creativity to give us multiple options at multiple price points. This is the second time we’ve dealt with Advanced and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thanks Team!
Wouldn’t recommend for a multitude of reasons. And this review is done to the correct company 1) the entire building I live in had their air con installed by them. A very large number of us have had to had our remotes replaced (some even multiple times) over the last 30 months due to faults. All the remotes are “not under warranty” and thus every time the charge you both a call out fee and a new remote. The whole team - from sales staff to the installers - were very professional and efficient and made the whole process very pleasant. Highly recommend these guys.
Great experience with the team from Advanced Air Conditioning. Initially went with them based on price, but was most impressed with their customer service by the end. Staff were super friendly and very accomodating when I needed to change the install date. The team were on time and happy to explain in detail what they were doing. Was a seamless process. I would use them again.
The team at advanced air recently completed an installation of a new air conditioning system in our living room. Throughout the entire process, the team were helpful and responsive & the installation process was seamless.
