Update 9/29/26 Just got the letter that you’re shutting down on 10/1. It was a great 3 years and I appreciate your business very much. Got my entire AC system installed (19.5 seer) about a week ago and everything is working fine. The crew was professional, showed up on time, did the work and cleaned up and answered all the questions I had. Thanks Ted and the rest of the guys!

We first used Advanced Air Conditioning back in 2022 when our A/C stopped working. We had four different companies look at the system, and they were the only company that didn't try to sell us a brand-new unit. Instead of recommending a $12,000 replacement like the others, they correctly diagnosed the problem as a failed evaporator coil. New air conditioner unit installed 9/25/25 Came home from a long day at work last night and my house was 81 degrees. My dogs were panting and the unit is just blowing regular air. Beyond upset. Had a full day of things to do today because I work again tonight and now I have to sit here and wait for a 11-2 window when they supposedly will come out.
