AAA was a life-saver for my nephew. Richard, who helped secure the reservation, worked with both my brother and myself to make sure all the details for the pick-up, flight and tranfer to the Hospice Unit at the hospital went as seemless as possible, Thank you for what you do to help families who need a little extra attention and travel care for a very sick loved one, that needs special accomodations!!
Very happy with the services and support provided by the company and Richard. My mother had a ski accident in Bariloche, Argentina and we desperately needed assistance to get us back to the capital Buenos Aires for proper medical attention. Not only were they very responsive but did everything they could do to make the rest of our family comfortable and safe along the trip. The medical staff was fantastic and my mom is well on the way to recovery!
From first call (on a Friday night) to bedside delivery Monday, Advanced Air Ambulance was outstanding. At a trying time, we were supported by our contact Richard who was engaged, responsive and courteous. On the transport day, the team was timely, caring and prompt. Well done. A 5-star review!
