From first call (on a Friday night) to bedside delivery Monday, Advanced Air Ambulance was outstanding. At a trying time, we were supported by our contact Richard who was engaged, responsive and courteous. On the transport day, the team was timely, caring and prompt. Well done. A 5-star review!

I was having a very difficult time trying to coordinate an available bed at a NY hospital along with the cooperation of doctors to discharge my 91 year old Dad from a FL hospital and then find a transport company that could make it work within the time frame allotted that a bed would be held. Richard from Advanced Air not only made it happen, but did so with professionalism and empathy as I was at my wits end. Thank you to all the staff that made this happen. We are so happy to have our Dad home.
