Excellent service! I placed my service call with the warranty company, Gabriel called me back in a day or two to make an appointment which was the very next day. They came out looked at my A/C, figured out the problem, and gave it a temporary fix while the parts are being ordered, all within 15 mins or so. I definitely recommend Advanced Air for any A/C repairs. Thank you guys!

I highly recommend Advanced Air, I give them a very good review. Gabriel is very nice, caring and understanding person. I had no problems at all. I put the order and he did the rest. Kept me informed of the status of the order. I needed a new unit. My home warranty dispatched them for our AC. They gave me their info to be able to expedite service. I called and left 3 voicemails in 2 days and no reply - today was the 48 hour mark and finally got through and they were incredibly rude and said they got my requests and no longer work with home warranty and I asked why they couldn’t call me back to let me know because we’ve been waiting on their call for 2 days. I wish I could give them negative stars. It's been a month and my AC unit is still not working. They won't return my calls or texts. I have a warranty insurance and they won't even talk with them. It's 100+ degrees and not care in the world of our health during these extreme temperatures. Not reliable! Unprofessional and no skilled. My AC unit keep reading 80 degrees.
