Big shout out to Gabe. Your team saved me thousands. We called the big guy on t.v. after that, team Advanced air came out and did the job. They took care of my in-laws, cleaned there area and one of his guys even blew off the patio for mom thanks again Advanced. Now she had a 10 yr warranty.
These guys are terrible. Waited all day for someone to show up to give me a quote. Not even a phone call. Look somewhere else.
After reading the reviews, especially the one-star reviews from other home warranty customers, it all makes sense now. This technician finally came out yesterday after I had to call him twice just to get an update. The entire visit felt accusatory from the moment he arrived. He repeatedly questioned whether I had turned off my HVAC unit and kept pointing out that it “looked fried,” almost as if he was trying to get me to admit I had done something wrong. DO NOT RECOMMEND this company or the owner Gabriel. First off this company was sent out by my home warranty AHS the first day the technician came out he looked at my unit and stated "im going to recommend a replacement, your compressor is going bad causing a leak" (I have a recording of that conversation) An hour later Gabriel showed up and stated he was only going to install a hard start kit on my unit, he had no idea what was even wrong with my unit (i have a recording of that conversation).
