Air conditioner went down of course on those 100+ days. American Home Shield connected us with Gabriel, owner of Advanced Air. I am very happy with the service we received from Advanced Air. Gabriel explained everything, ordered the necessary parts, and repaired the unit to our total satisfaction. If there is a need I will insist that American Home Shield contracts with Advanced Air again.
Highly recommend using Advanced Air. We’ve been having issues with the condenser not working leaving us without an AC for a month. Got an appointment through AHS and Gabriel came out. He is knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He was able to get it running, looked at the AC unit and the condenser, took care of issues with both and ordered needed parts that needed replacing. Gabe is a master at his craft. He breaks it down to me what needed to be done, what others have told me in the past, he explained that any ac system shouldn’t be running the way mines was. He did a deep dive diagnostic on my system when everyone else just tells me I need more Freon or they don’t put any Freon. And my system is running fine. They were sent out through my home warranty company for a loud noise coming from my AC unit. The guy came out and fixed it and thought it was all good. A day later my AC unit goes and I give them a call to come back out to check and see if something else messed up but no one answered so I left a voicemail. The following day I call them back and again no one answers so I leave another voicemail and still no one ever called me back. Advanced air is the best! Gabriel and his crew did a phenominal job helping us with our HVAC issue. They were quick to respond and informing me what needed to be done, we unfortunately had to replace our unit and they were fair with the costs. Our out of pocket costs were minimal. They cleaned up any mess. Very professional and amazing. I would use them again for any issues with my HVAC. I highly recommend Advanced Air for your HVAC needs.
