FANTASTIC! I called Advanced Air for a quote, and they responded by email and set up apt to have the ac system checked. Gabriel came out and explained how a new unit would be the best choice for me. My house was built in 89, and he got me a new unit. Was like dropping a new flux capacitor in-house. This new baby was awesome. It's way more energy efficient, and it blows so much air, like going back to the future! The work was top-notch and took no time to have the old unit removed and the new one installed. I don't even know where to begin. Well first of all in June 2024 my home warranty AHS sent them out to service my air conditioner was not getting cold they came out 3 times and stated it was fixed, the 4th time they came out and said it was the coil I paid out of pocket 1450. So, I thought everything was all good. Then I needed my heater serviced and I got AVID AIR to service my heater and when they went into my attic, they found the gas tuned off and parts missing and the attic in a terrible mess.
