I had a series of bad events occur and they led to the need to repair and sell my Klamath Falls property. The team took care of the property, the problems, kept on top of everything that came up and offered professional support throughout. Without them and especially Colleen, I would have lost my mind. On top of everything, the advice and guidance Colleen offered was priceless.
Extremely unprofessional. My experience is that they do not know how to follow the law when it comes to renting or selling homes. It looks like other reviews agree.

My property manager was fired in April. This property management company took over. We had no clue where to pay our rent June 1st to because this property management company never sent a certified letter to let us know. We received a text message May 29th stating they were our new property management company and we needed to pay them. There are so many scams around. Why would we believe a text message? This group is beyond unprofessional for a myriad of reasons. Do not trust them for property management or real estate. Half the reviews are family members. June Lee Is her daughter and there are two reviews here from her. Gordon Lee is a family member as is Anna Welsch. Pretty sad she can't even get legitimate non-biased positive reviews.
