I'm writing this review because im extremely disappointed with the service and the lack of professional communication of company policy. I purchased a package for Skinpen for $ 1200. After the first treatment, I didn't see any difference. My skin felt irritated and not rejuvenated. I called and requested a refund for the remaining package not used.
