I have been to the facility for various treatments 4 times. Each time I was in - the staff working the front/reception area seemed more concerned in discussing their plans for the weekend as opposed to making the clients feel welcome & appreciated. I also was bothered by the fact that I didn't feel an empathetic connection with any of the staff due to the fact that everyone is so very young & perfect in their appearance. Worst procedure and rushed through my procedure, I had bruised so bad for 2 weeks And could not cover bruise. Never go there!!

I had treatments for over 3 years and at first they were good and than things changed. My last appointment cost almost $2000.00, way over board! Not only that but I saw no results. I believe that they get people in and develop a trust and than slowly take advantage of the patient. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If I had the choice I would give this place no stars.

I had 2 sessions so far with tattoo removal. I was very impressed with how friendly they were towards me and how comfortable they made me feel. However, it seems like their equipment kept having issues whenever i have an appointment. I live 2 1/2 hours away so when they called to confirm my appointments i knew it would be okay to drive up there, but around the time i arrived in the city they called to tell me their equipment was not working and to reschedule.
