Waited a week for them to unclog a drain and they never even called me to let me know they needed to reschedule. I had to call them to find out they weren’t going to show up to my scheduled service. I went with a another company. I would not recommended any branch of advanced appliance repair.

As of this writing I have not had them perform any repair.. that is still under consideration......mScheduled maintenance thru my home warranty company. Tech was on time and identified the issue, however he did not communicate the actual issue but rather tap danced around it giving me 3 options one of which was his preference to replace my entire HVAC system to the tune of $7K+.
