I've basically taken 3 cars to them I can't speak for everyone else. I only deal with Lucky he is the legendary Goat of tinting. I've never had any problems the place is booming with business a few weeks ago I spontaneously walked in and there was like 12 cars in front of me. In and out both times in a little over a half hour WITHOUT an appointment( although just so no confusion you do need to call after 6 to give notice), and this is my second vehicle so far and the first job is satisfying enough to make me drive ten miles from Morgan state area to the middle river location of that's any indication of the service. Very disappointed with their service. At the time you get windows tinted from them, they act very nice and professional and will tell you to wait 7 days for all the bubbles to go away but it’s not true and when you try to contact them that the bubbles are still there then they will make excuses that they’re closed or they have emergency, come this day or that day. I had other car that I was supposed to take it there for tinted but their after work service is 0, which is why I’m going somewhere else.
Scott made it happen...very happy with the work and respect t for my whip... highly recommend!
