I called to get a quote and since it’s the Holiday I asked to confirm they were open. The person who answered was very rude and got smart with me, answering “I just picked up the phone”. I was only asking because some places are closed but their phone lines are still open to set up appointments. Such horrible customer service will lead to loss of business.
5 stars EVERYTIME.. i will say it sucks they dont give discounts to returning customers & ive been to them over 10 times throughout the years & giving them so much business. I always recommend & take folks to them but its all good. Im still satisfied with their service. Also i love that they replace & fix my tent anytime ive had issues for free. They actually honor their warranty.
Got my tints done last July .. By September all windows have small bubbles ... Try another place ..
