I went to Dr. Abby about two weeks ago to get my eyes checked and it was the best experience ever as usual. She’s very thorough and cares a lot about her patience I was helped by Amber Howell Who went above and beyond to help me and make the right decision every time I came in. More places need employees like this that are willing to help and care about the welfare of the patients. Thank you both very much Tammie Lowe.
All the staff are very friendly and Mary B provides excellent service from help finding just the right frames to making sure you’re taken care of after the sale.
Fantastic customer service! They listened to what I wanted and needed to correct my vision to allow me to wear contacts and trifocals. Gave suggestions for extended and daily wear options. Got me in the same day I called! I've got 50+ years of wearing multi focal lenses and this was one of the best experiences I've had. Highly recommend them for the professionalism, caring and efficient customer service as well as selection,convenience and cost!!!
