All the staff are very friendly and Mary B provides excellent service from help finding just the right frames to making sure you’re taken care of after the sale.
Fantastic customer service! They listened to what I wanted and needed to correct my vision to allow me to wear contacts and trifocals. Gave suggestions for extended and daily wear options. Got me in the same day I called! I've got 50+ years of wearing multi focal lenses and this was one of the best experiences I've had. Highly recommend them for the professionalism, caring and efficient customer service as well as selection,convenience and cost!!!
I won't go anywhere else, this office is family to me now. My first visit was in January of 2023, when they were able to get me in a month early for my routine eye exam (just to get new contacts) because they had a cancelation. During this eye exam after dilating my eyes, Dr. Abby found hemorrhaging in my retinas, which is very abnormal. She recommended I get bloodwork done as soon as possible.
