Had a punctured tyre while at work today and on time restraints. They were able to replace the tyre straight away. Amazing service and team. Highly recommend.

Took vehicle in for a wheel alignment (drove fine beforehand, but decided to get it aligned after replacing all ball joints), left with a vehicle that squealed tyres in every dip and when turning, and pulled hard when going through dips. Took it back in (after ruining a set of tyres from uneven wear), the lady at the counter was nice enough to book us in pretty much straight away to get it checked. Cannot speak highly enough of the customer service provided. Had an issue with a borrowed ride on tyre and had it repaired at Maryborough, failed when I got back to Rainbow. Maryborough staff contacted Gympie and those dynamic Gympie counter, may I say women, said no drama we will call you when sorted. My neighbour is stoked and I thank you for that great service. Rest from the 19th. Merry Christmas.
