*Extremely unreliable and untrustworthy dealership!!!* *Beware or fraud* I contacted the dealership for photos and details of a truck I liked in Facebook marketplace, we then finalized the price over the phone. We (me and my friend) had to confirm the deal before flying from TX to IL for further payment and paperwork. They sent me a bill of sale via email and I paid them 5K via wire to confirm the deal. Fraud fraud fraud! They replaced major parts after the test drive, transmission was replaced with a broken one for sure. We bought the truck a month ago, it’s still in the shop for repair. They sale junk trucks, run away!
Watch these guys. Had brakes on my tractor done here along with king pins. Never did both king pins. Mechanic lied and stated he did both. Brakes were never adjusted and almost got killed trying to stop on the highway. They did a DOT inspection too. Omg, terrible service. Water leak was supposedly fixed, twice. NOT.... still leaks.
