Ordered 2 Jake brake solenoids with overnight shipping and it’s been almost a week and still don’t have my parts. They want me to pay for new parts on my dime and have to wait on a refund from them. Zero customer service. They need to ship the parts on their dime (since I already paid for the solenoids) and send a return label for when the parts finally arrive. I ordered from another vendor on Monday (3 days after ordering from advanced truck parts ) and received my product overnight. DO NOT PURCHASE anything from these guys... read more
My husband ordered 2 solenoids for overnight shipping on Friday 1/23/26 here it is Thursday 1/29 and the parts aren’t here. We paid $75 for the overnight shipping. Now this company wants him to buy the parts again instead of doing the right thing and overnight the parts on them and sending a return label for the parts already purchased. Customer service is horrendous. And good luck getting you parts. I would avoid this place at all cost.
