Five stars are not enough to do this review. Advanced Therapy Works offers so much more. I have been going to Advanced Therapy Works after a knee replacement. I can only say I have the highest regard for the staff. From the waiting room to the the evaluation to the therapy room I am always met with smiles and the friendliest welcome. Very professional staff. I had problem with sciatic and Claudia and Rosy helped me a lot. I feel like they are family. Also, Monica the receptionist is very sweet and kind. I highly recommend this place
My son has been receiving OT and PT here for over 4 years, and I have nothing but wonders to say about them. Their dedication and patience are unmatched. They work with professionalism and at the same time with a human sense that makes them feel like family. They explain to us their goals on the plan of care and challenges or the areas of improvement. They are unprofessional, call them more than 5 times and didn’t answer, they denied service to a child just because where he/she lived ,
They helped my baby reach all her milestones. They are so positive and make sure you are informed about your childs progress. They provide special activities you can use at home. I also love that they have physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy all in one. I cannot express my love for them enough. I am so happy I was able to trust them with my daughter's care as they went above and beyond. You won't regret trying this place. Additionally, they are super clean and run on time.
